Each Capsule Contains

Polygonum cuspidatum Root Extract; 255 mg of 98% trans-Resveratrol
Each capsule contains 250 mg of trans-Resveratrol.
Encapsulated in a vegetable capsule

Recommended Use

• One capsule per time, twice per day and preferably with a meal.
• To be only used by adults 18 years and older.
• Consults a health care practitioner / health care provider/health care professional doctor/physician for use beyond four weeks.

Cautions and Warnings

• Do not use if pregnant
• Keep out of reach of children
• Consult with a health care practitioner or physician if taking medication including blood thinness anti-coagulants or cytochrome P450 substrates, or if breastfeeding.

Known Adverse Reactions:

High doses of trans-resveratrol (2.5 to 55.0 g per day per person) may cause gastrointestinal symptoms including nausea, flatulence, diarrhea. Symptoms tend to improve throughout the day after consuming trans-resveratrol and return with the following dose. These symptoms may disappear after consuming trans-resveratrol for about 27 days. Discontinue use of trans-resveratrol if symptoms continue.
