Purpose

Milk thistle has been used in herbal medicine as a hepatoprotectant liver protectant. It help(s) to support liver function. Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances/dyspepsia.

Each Capsule Contains

Milk Thistle Extract: 250 mg of 80% Silymarin
Each capsule contains 200 mg of Silymarin
Encapsulated in a vegetable capsule

Recommended Dose for Adults

One capsule per time, two to three times per day and preferably with a meal.

Cautions and Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner correct if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant.
